SWAT What?!

If you live in SLC you have without a doubt heard the buzz about the rave that got raided in Spanish Fork (a small town about an hour south of Salt Lake City) with a ridiculous amount of force. But for those of you that haven't heard or seen the madness you have to check this shit out.

Life's a Stage

I remember seeing something about this group a long time ago, but I was reminded of thier antics yesterday while listening to The Sound of Young America. The group is called Improv everywhere, and what they are doing is simply awesome. They perform elaborate schemes in the streets of New York with the goal in mind to remove people from their day-to-day lives, and give them and experience they won't forget. I think what they do is really cool, and you should check it out.

Dangermouse - On a Roll!

So most people know Dangermouse from his Jay-Z/Beatles remix album "The Grey Album." But I must say, even though I really like the album, I wasn't truly impressed with Dangermouse until I heard his full length LP "Ghetto Pop Life" that he put out with Jemini, but the momentum hasn't slowed down. Dangermouse recently produced the new Gorillaz album, and now has his Cartoon Network/Adult Swim inspired album collaboration album with hip-hop wonder boy MF Doom. The album is cleverly titled Danger Doom, and I just got my first listed today, and might I say it is a must have. I am excited to see what else Dangermouse has up his sleeves!
