Phoenix : It's Never Been Like That

Fans of the French band Phoenix rejoice! The band has just completed their junior effort entitled It's Never Been Like That and is set to be released in May 2006. The album, which was recorded in Berlin, is said to be a little more personal and a bit more romantic as compared to their second album, Alphabetical, which was released in 2004. Vocalist Thomas Mars explains in an interview with Teen Vogue that he wants people to cry and break up while listening to this album because that is what happened to him. As for Phoenix's die hard fans, the only tears they'll be shedding are tears of joy.
