Well Threaded

In past job searches I have never found the standard job search websites (Monster, HotJobs, etc.) to be all that helpfull. Perhaps it's the industry that I am in, but they never seem to have quality search results that have gotten me anywhere. Awhile back I discovered Malakye, a job search website specifically for the action sports industry, and more recently discovered Well Threaded. Well Threaded is designed for those in search of jobs in the fashion and clothing industry. From Designers, to Sales Reps, to Models Well Threaded has jobs for many different positions. These types of niche job search sites make a lot more sense to me, and seem like they would work much better than the traditional sites.
